Construction Cleaning for General Contractors
ECM works as a cleaning subcontractor on ground-up and renovation projects across the Colorado Front Range. Staffed to your milestones, insured to your requirements, and walked with your team before closeout.
We know what closeout actually looks like
ECM has been on Colorado projects since 1969, which means we have seen every version of a closeout week. We staff to the milestone rather than a fixed headcount, we keep your team posted on where the clean stands, and we do the final walk with your team while our crew is still on site so punch items get cleared instead of scheduled.
Beyond the clean, our punch crews handle the small trade items that usually have your team chasing six subcontractors. Touchups, caulking, lock changes, hardware adjustment, filter swaps. One crew, one contract.
Bonded and insured, COIs to your office before mobilization, and additional insured endorsements handled as routine paperwork rather than a negotiation.

FAQs
Questions from GCs
Can you hold a compressed closeout schedule?
Yes. We staff to milestones rather than a fixed crew, so a compressed final gets met with more people rather than more days. Tell us early and we will build the crew around your date.
Do you provide COIs and additional insured endorsements?
Yes, before mobilization, without needing to be chased. Send your insurance requirements with the bid documents and we will confirm up front.
Do you clean while other trades are still working?
We can, and we often do on phased projects. We will sequence around whoever is still on site and keep your team posted on what is complete and what is waiting.
Do you handle punch list work as well as cleaning?
Yes. Touchups, caulking, lock changes, hardware adjustment, filter changes, and minor trim repair, with supervision and tools included, so your team is not chasing six subs for the last five percent.
Tell us about the building.
Send the scope, the schedule, or just the address. We walk it and get you a number in 48 hours.
