ECM staffs to that shape. We hold summer capacity for education clients rather than selling it to whoever books first, because a district that misses its August date has nowhere to put the work.

Can you complete a summer scope before staff return?
Yes, and it is the reason to book early. We hold summer capacity for education clients, but the window is the same for every district in the state. The schools that book in spring get the dates they need.
Are your employees temp laborers?
No. Our employees are all W2 employees with an average tenure of 11 years at ECM, and we work to your district’s specific visitor, badging, and supervision requirements.
Do you refinish gym floors?
Yes. Screening, recoating, and refinishing of hardwood gym floors, plus VCT and hard floor care throughout the building. See exterior and floor care.
Do you bid public district work?
Yes. We are bonded and insured, we respond to formal RFPs and bid packages, and we can provide the documentation a public procurement process requires.
