How we got here

ECM has been cleaning Colorado buildings since 1969, back when much of the Front Range was still farmland. Plenty has changed since. The buildings are taller, the finishes are more delicate, and the paperwork runs longer than the scope. The job itself has not changed at all. Somebody hands you a space that is not ready, and you make it ready.

You deal directly with the people who run the company. That is not a nostalgia pitch. It is the practical reason a client can get a straight answer at four o’clock on a Friday, and the reason a property manager is not explaining their building to a new account rep every eighteen months.

We have held some accounts for decades. Our client retention runs 97%, which we think says a lot about our cleaning and about our communication.

What we actually promise

Three things, and we would rather be measured on these than on adjectives.

• Show up. On the day, with the crew size we said.
• Communicate. Scope in plain language, a real person on the other end of the number, and your team kept current on where the work stands.
• Leave it genuinely ready to use. Not “cleaned.” Ready. For the owner walk, the new resident, the inspection, or Monday morning.
