Are your crews trained for medical environments?
Yes. Crews assigned to medical accounts are trained on bloodborne pathogen awareness, color-coded equipment zoning, disinfectant contact times, and clean-to-dirty sequencing. We do not rotate an untrained crew into a clinic to cover a shift. Our people are W2 employees with an average tenure of 11 years, so the team in your practice stays the same.
Has your work been reviewed by an infection control professional?
Yes. Our medical cleans have been inspected by an infection preventionist, and the review was excellent. We are glad to walk your facility and show you exactly how we work before you commit to anything.
Can you clean around patient hours?
Yes, and we prefer to. Most of our medical accounts run after the last appointment. For practices with extended hours, we build the scope around the quietest window you have.
Do you handle construction cleaning on clinic renovations?
Yes. Including phased renovations where part of the practice stays open, working inside whatever infection-control containment plan is in place.
Are you insured for medical facilities?
Yes. Fully insured and bondable on request, with certificates and additional insured endorsements provided before we start.
